A perfect ground for the cultivation of Rossese
In Val Nervia, between the eastern side of Monte Baraccone and the west side of Cima d’Aurin, there is an area characterized by a calcareous soil, subject to erosion. This particular composition forms spectacular badlands and makes a perfect ground for the cultivation of Rossese, a vine from which the famous Rossese di Dolceacqua is obtained.
